Program Components:

Financial Literacy:

  • Basics of money management, budgeting, and saving.
  • Fun activities like creating a simple budget or using play money.

 Job Readiness:

  • Introduction to various careers and what they entail.
  • Skills for job interviews, resume building, and professional etiquette.
  •  Mock interviews and resume workshops.

Communication Skills:

  • Effective communication techniques, including listening and speaking.
  • Role-playing scenarios and group discussions.

Problem Solving & Decision Making:

  • Strategies for making informed decisions and solving problems.
  • Interactive exercises and case studies.

Self-Care & Wellness:

  • Basic self-care routines, stress management, and healthy habits.
  • Workshops on nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.

 Time Management:

  • Techniques for managing time effectively and setting priorities.
